Conditions
The partner price is only valid if your membership has been confirmed by the partner organization.
The documents are included in the price for the participants.
None of the prices include sales tax. Participants must pay conference fee within 21 days of invoice without deduction. 20% of the registration fee will be deducted for cancellations until October 31th before the conference. 50% of the registration fee will be deducted for cancellations until December 20th before the conference. There shall be no refunds after December 20th before the conference. Our general terms and conditions governing the event also apply.
Cancelation is accepted only in written form or by e-Mail (with confirmation).
Important notice for short-term bookings: You have to pay the conference price in cash or view your payment document at the registration desk in case of short-term bookings.
