A Tester’s Guide to Quality

Kurzbeschreibung

With correct steps, we can see how quickly a quality assurance lifecycle can be enhanced. In this talk, I will discuss several aspects of the quality. By means of the initiatives I have introduced, we improved not only the quality of the product, but also the efficiency and information sharing. We built a close working approach with Dev and Product teams to encourage early QA involvement and find ways to cope with testability issues.

After talking to product owners, development members and project leaders; we tried to break the SILOs between the teams. For this purpose, the role I have carried out was being a quality coach and encouraging people to build a quality orientation.
