Ready for 2030: Software Quality between AI and Limbi – thinking in cooperation instead of competition
Tuesday morning, 2030-05-07: "I'm no longer alone. Never again. No matter what I do, my new invisible coworkers are always scurrying around."
Agents are the next trend and by 2030 they will probably be in a form we can't yet imagine. Things have moved fast since ChatGPT 3 and the pace is here to stay.
And while most see dystopia and fear around the topic, it's fair to prepare and look forward,
Because if we do it cleverly, everything will be much better. For us, for customers and also for AI.
How will our perspective on Sw Q change? What does cooperation with AI look like? How do we find our core human tasks? And if we no longer have to be machines, how do we learn to be human? What does it take?
Value for the audience:
Not fear, but anticipation!
If we give uncertainty and fear too much space, then the gecko takes over, we go even more into survival mode and are even less able to create.
That's why preparation, direction and clarity are so important. Because change is coming, but we are not just prepared, we are expectant. That gives us a completely different energy. That creates design.
To do this, we take a concrete look at the skills (as deep as time allows). So it's totally concrete.
Problems addressed:
Fear of AI, which is basically uncertainty: What will happen? How will this change my life?
Clear separation of human and machine mode in daily work and life. Processes and also most companies still focus 97% on the machine mode. The rest is yet to be discovered.
One reason we avoid the “human side” is because we don’t understand it. We have no guide or handbook. This is addressed for the most relevant skills in 2030.
