Simonetta coaches and consults Tech and Product Leaders on how to go from overwhelm to success and joy in their roles. She loves helping Tech and Product Leaders take charge of their career and get a "yes" to that next promotion.
Simonetta is particularly interested in how AI might change the way we lead our teams. She centers a responsible, human and ethical approach to building and using AI for better outcomes in our teams and products. Drawing from her 15+ years of product leadership experience she is uniquely positioned to understand how cross-functional product teams create value both for users as well as businesses.
