At startup compnanies he supports with testing, focusing on quality assurance and process improvement. At Cerios consulntancy, he works on innovation in the testing profession: he provides training, conducts agile test scans for clients, and guides teams in implementing modern testing methods.

Rob helps organizations identify risks, optimize testing tools, and develop more effective test strategies. He introduces teams to techniques such as risk storming, threat modelling, and the nightmare headline game to move beyond traditional testing frameworks and achieve better results.
