I am a female.leader – a woman in leadership –with many years of experience, because I find purpose in enabling, encouraging and empowering people — especially women — to step into their own agency and live their full potential. I am an inspiring networker, because I easily recognize connections, see the bigger picture, and build bridges across disciplines. I am a visionary creator, because I know that in times of inner and outer transformation, we need "everything": the compelling vision of a North Star, the agile mindset for the journey, and the stable framework of clear guardrails.
