Embedding Quality Process in Agile Product Delivery

Quality is said to be built in when using agile-delivery approaches due to early and ongoing testing without the formal techniques of testing done in traditional approaches. In Scrum of Scrum projects or interlinked projects, quality management processes and techniques help to achieve ‘deliver fit-for-purpose agile products.’ Implementing these techniques has defined a new direction in multiple agile projects.

At the conclusion of this session, participants will be able to:

(1) define techniques of quality process in an agile/scrum framework;

(2) apply techniques of quality process using an agile/scrum framework in multiple projects such as scrum of scrum projects.
