AI-based tools revolutionize this process. At Vienna Insurance Group, AI automation eliminated technology-specific approaches, requiring no maintenance even after system changes. This talk highlights key success factors: AI-driven, no-code automation enabling business testers, reducing manual effort, and increasing efficiency. AI was also used beyond testing—spanning business analysis, compliance checks, and operations monitoring.
