Every week, we hear about another significant cybersecurity incident. While the risk factors and prevention practices are clear, organizations still struggle to effectively implement change initiatives.

Using cybersecurity as an example, we will explore a change management framework consisting of three phases: preparation, transition, and outcome.

During our discussion, we will explore the typical challenges faced during each phase, providing measurement techniques:
